Apply for an available apartment at Forest Creek of Ruston or Homeville by clicking the buttons below. You have the option to save your application and come back later to finish it!  The entire leasing process is electronic.

Please do not apply unless you are ready to begin the leasing process of a specific apartment. Applications are only open for 30 days. Everyone 18 or older, living in the apartment must fill out an application and complete a background check. Wait to apply until you have toured and chosen a unit.

The background and credit check is $35, payable online.  After applying you will receive an email with instructions to complete the background and credit check as part of the application process.  Read the "resident qualifications" at the top of the application for more information on income requirements. Applicants must have a verifiable income of three times the monthly rent.  Only full-time students are allowed to have a co-signer/guarantor.  Co-signers must have a verifiable income of five times the monthly rent. 

Applicants should also complete the Pet Screening Application and select Household Pet, Service Animal, or No Pet.  The Pet Screening link is found on the application.
